Sharing your faith has never been easy, and in the current cultural climate it’s even harder. How can we both share and defend our faith in a skeptical, even hostile, environment? Is there any way to evangelize without coming off as pushy? Is there a way to defend our faith where people are actually listening instead of arguing? Join us for Don’t Have a Debate, Have a Discussion and learn some strategies for sharing and defending your faith with grace and peace.
This topic will be especially helpful to Christian Herbalists as they seek to work in a field that is largely dominated by new age and pagan ideologies. In addition, the techniques taught by Pastor Steven will be helpful when engaging with fellow Christians who are skeptical of herbal medicine.
Who is Steven DiSebastian?
Once an ardent atheist, Steve DiSebastian is a community apologist and chapter director at Rutgers University for Ratio Christi, an international campus ministry dedicated to thoughtful Christianity. He’s also a classroom Bible teacher to high schoolers, pastor of the PCC Edison Microchurch, and a jiujitsu instructor. Despite his cauliflower ear, he’s blessed with a wife and two children who love him. For better or for worse, Steve has lived most of his life in NJ. He holds an M.Div from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
